1. Refunds on Digitally Created Items

We do not offer refunds on digitally created items once work has commenced or been delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods and the time invested in creation, all sales are considered final.

2. Revisions & Approval

We value client satisfaction and offer revisions during the design process until the design is approved. Once the design is approved by the client, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Communication and Issue Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction or any issues with the design, we encourage clients to communicate with us promptly. This allows us to address your concerns and make necessary edits to ensure your satisfaction before final approval.

4. Additional Revisions

Any additional revisions requested beyond the originally approved design scope or after final approval may incur extra charges. Clients will be informed about these charges beforehand.

5. Client Responsibility

To achieve satisfactory design outcomes, it is crucial for clients to provide accurate and detailed instructions, assets, and feedback when placing their design requests.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated on a strictly case-by-case basis at the discretion of Diverse Graphic Designz, LLC.
